  • 研究方向
    • 以基因體學及蛋白體學的方法檢驗肝癌形成期間基因表現的變化以瞭解肝癌發生的生物學基礎。
    • 利用帶有B型肝炎病毒蛋白並因以誘發發炎反應之基因轉殖鼠作為研究模式，研究B型肝炎病毒與宿主先天免疫反應間複雜的交互作用並 據以瞭解此病毒與宿主的交互作用如何影響或導致肝癌。
    • 整合兩種老鼠模式(肝臟再生與B型肝炎病毒大表面抗原轉殖小鼠)的基因微陣列基因表現圖譜並具以發掘在此二模式中相似或相異且可 能具有調控功能的新基因，進一步在實驗室中研究該基因在人類肝癌發生的過程所扮演的角色。
    • 研發新的抗B型肝炎病毒藥物或有效的策略以遏阻或治療B型肝炎病毒相關之肝病如慢性肝炎、急性肝炎、肝硬化及肝癌等。
